BROWNS

BROWNS

The prestigious boutique Browns opens its windows to Fashion Illustrator Marc McGreevy.

The long-time fashion artist can remember Browns in the early part of his career doing illustrated shop reports on the beautiful couture clothes at the tender age of 21.

The sought after artist's work is seen hitting the high street and gathering the crowds.  Marc's fashion illustrations can be seen in the windows on South Molton Street and Sloane Street.

A catwalk theme is seen in time to launch the designer collections of London Fashion Week - the hottest shows in the fashion calendar.  Don't miss it!

The South Molton Street boutique opened in 1970 by Joan Burstein and has been the foster home of many young designers from John Galliano to collections from Missoni, Sonia Rykiel and Ossie Clark.  Browns is also credited with bringing such talents as Giorgio Armani, Comme des Garcons, Donna Karan, Calvin Klein, Krizia, Ralph Lauren, Alexander McQueen and Jil Sander to London.

Illustrations can be seen in Gallery under Browns Windows.
